SpCrossreactivity
The antibodies used in this kit are specific to IgA and does not show any significant reactivity to mouse IgG, IgM, or IgE. Mouse IgG ELISA kit species crossreactivity was tested with the following animal serum at dilutions of 1:500: less than 1% crossreactivity was observed with Rat, Hamster, Guinea Pig, Rabbit, Human, Monkey, Goat, FBS, Bovine, Sheep, Pig, and Chicken sera.
